Matthew Gigantelli

Matthew began his career in cost segregation as an analyst. During this time, he toured and completed engineered studies on hundreds of properties, ranging from heavy manufacturing facilities to $100MM+ office and retail buildings.

In February 2023, Matthew joined RECS, driven by the vision that cost segregation studies could be more efficient and cost-effective. Leveraging his extensive experience, Matthew introduced data management and processes that streamline cost segregation studies. He believes in building educational tools and informative processes that enable investors to quickly understand the potential benefits of cost segregation in a simple and meaningful way.

Matthew graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Finance from Rasmussen University. Outside of work, he enjoys new experiences, education, home improvement projects, and spending time with his large family.
